abstract | The inventive method is particularly suitable for the production of medicaments for the topical treatment of apical tumors. A compound of the formula II is reacted with a compound of the formula III HX-R1 in an inert solvent, the resulting reaction mixture is heated to 60 to 80C, treated with water, an organic acid or with an alkaline agent in an inert medium or the reaction mixture with benzyl alcohol, a C1-C6 alcohol or an unsaturated C2-C6-alcohol, the reaction product treated with alkali bromides, alkali metal iodides, lower alkyl magnesium halides or amines and the resulting products are converted into the salts.
