The invention relates to processes for the preparation of novel N-alkyl / en / -N / 0,0-disubstituted thiophosphoryl / N, N-disubstituted glycinamides and their use for the control of mites, insects and fungal diseases. The invention provides a process for the preparation of novel compounds which possess valuable acaricidal, insecticidal and fungicidal properties as active ingredient in pesticides. The object of the invention is to provide processes for the preparation of new active substances for pesticides. According to the invention, the object is achieved by preparing an active compound of the general formula I in which R1 to R5 have the meaning given in the description, for example by using an N-substituted-N, N-disubstituted glycinamide of the general formula II wherein the substituents have the meaning given in the description, with a Dialkoxythiophosphorsaeurehalogenid of the general formula III, wherein R1 and R2 have the meaning given in the description, optionally in an inert solvent, optionally in the presence of an acid binder at a temperature between 20C and 100C batchwise or continuously implemented.
