titleOfInvention LUBRICANTS, LUBRICANTS AND ANTISPREAD FOR STORAGE AND SLIDING ELEMENTS
abstract The invention relates to a lubricant, lubricant and Antispread for bearing and sliding elements, in particular for non-metallic and metallic bearing elements and sliding non-metallic and metallic type in Feinwerktechnischen equipment. According to the invention, 1-15 parts by weight of modified PTFE fine powder with particle sizes below 15 m are dispersed in a solution of 100-750 parts by weight of trifluorotrichloroethane and 1-2 parts by weight of aminopropylethoxysilane as adhesion promoter. Another solvent is tetrafluorodibromoethane. As further adhesion promoters glycidoxypropyltriethoxysilane, cyclohexenylethltriethoxysilane, chlorinated paraffin or montan wax are provided in place of the aminopropylethoxysilane. The thus obtained lubricant, lubricant and Antispread is applied by dipping, spraying, etc. on bearing and sliding elements in precision engineering equipment. After drying, excellent epilamization effects result.
