titleOfInvention | PROCESS FOR PREPARING ALKOXYSUBSTITUTED 2-DIALKYLAMONI BENZENIAZONIUM SALT |
abstract | The invention relates to a synthesis process for the preparation of substituted 2-Dialkylaminobenzendiazoniumsalzen, z. B. can be used for the production of azo dyes and as photosensitive components in photographic or reprographic systems. The aim and the object are to produce substituted 2-dialkylaminobenzediazonium salts with alkoxy groups from simple starting materials. According to the invention, 2,3-dinitrohydroquinone dialkyl ethers are aminated with secondary amines, the 2-dialkylamino-3,6-dialkoxynitrobenzene obtained, if appropriate after halogenation, reduced to the corresponding amines and subsequently diazotized to give 2-dialkylamino-3,6-dialkoxybenzediazonium salts or 2-dialkylamino-5-halo-3,6-dialkoxybenzediazonium salts. |
