titleOfInvention | MEANS FOR CONTROLLING PLANT VIRUSES |
abstract | The invention relates to agents for the control of plant viruses. The aim of the invention is to improve the chemotherapeutic measures against plant viruses. The task is seen in the discovery of new chemical agents that inhibit the replication of plant viruses due to their chemical constitution in conjunction with adjuvants and traeger substances and thus u. a. expand the possibility of proprotate rotation and thereby prevent the development against chemotherapy of resistant virus stents. The object is achieved by the use of preparations containing metal-halogen complexes of N-phenyl-N-pyridylthiocarbamide and N-allyl-N-pyridylthiocarbamids. The antiphytoviral activity of the complexes is significantly increased in comparison to the complex-forming basic body. Spritzbruehen that contain the compounds of the invention as an active ingredient, prevent or slow down, applied to virus gefährdeten plants, the propagation of economically important plant viruses, especially those that damage greatly in potato. Combined application together with 2,4-dioxohexahydro-1,3,5-triazine or other hydrogenated triazines enhances these effects. Combined or alternating use of different preparations can prevent the formation of resistance. |
