titleOfInvention PROCESS FOR THE CONTINUOUS PRESSURE-FREE CLOSURE OF CEREALS IN THE USE OF ENZYMES
abstract The invention relates to the production of Gaernsethanol from rye and wheat after a continuous pressure-less digestion process when using enzyme culture solutions with amylolytic and cellulytic activities taking into account the rohkorneigenen enzymes. The aim of the invention is to realize by a suitable Verfahrensfuehrung with a designed for continuous pressure digestion plant a pressureless digestion process using enzyme culture solutions and hereafter compared to the continuous pressure digestion identical or superior ethanol yields to achieve and save considerable heat energy and saccharification. It has been found that this with ground rye or wheat at a Einteigverhaeltnis of 1: 2.5 to 3.2, digestion temperatures of (50-64C) 323 to 337 K with the addition of enzyme culture solutions preferably according to DD-WP 275 071 and / or DD-WP 222 894 at a level of 0.6 to 0.05 m3 KL per ton of starch with an average residence time in the digestion strand of 30 with integration of the described dwellers in the conventional technical configuration is possible. The solution according to the invention can be used in grain and grain distillers which have corresponding digestion lines and the saccharifying agents described corresponding enzyme culture solutions or enzyme preparations.
