abstract | The invention relates to a method for the pharmacokinetic determination of pholedrine, in particular for the development of analytical determination methods. The aim of the invention is a compound for carrying out quantitative pharmacokinetic investigations of the pholedrine. It has been found that the Pholedrinschwefelsaeureester is useful as a metabolite of pholedrine for pharmacokinetic determination. It can be prepared by reacting an excess of the pholedrine base with a pyridine-SO 3 adduct in dichloromethane. |
