titleOfInvention | PROCESS FOR PREPARING THE ALUMINUM PHOSPHATE MOLECULAR DEVICE AIPO LOW 4-5 |
abstract | The subject of the invention is a process for preparing the aluminum phosphate molecular sieve AlPO4-5 by hydrothermal crystallization and calcination. The invention aims to produce from relatively cheap starting materials, the aluminum phosphate molecular sieve AlPO4-5 with adorptive substance separations favorable hexagonal prismatic habit. The object of the invention is the provision of a production process for the molecular sieve AlPO4-5, by which a non-hexagonal prismatic crystal growth is prevented in the hydrothermal crystallization of an AlPO4-5 precursor. According to the invention, an aqueous solution of an aluminum compound in which the aluminum is present in condensed form, an amine (R), a strong acid (HX) in the presence of phosphate ions, a gel-like mixture (composition according to the molar ratio R: Al2O3: P2O5: H2O: HX1,02,5: 1: 1,051.55: 200430: 0.330,60), the mixture heated in a pressure vessel at 140 to 200C until the hydrothermal crystallization of an AlPO4-5 precursor and the precursor product from the remaining Liquid separated, treated with a solution of a weak to medium acid and then calcined. |
