The aim is to find catalysts that ensure the dehydrogenative reforming of petroleum hydrocarbons with high selectivity in the pressure range between 3 and 6 MPa. The object of developing a simple and efficient process for the preparation of a catalyst based on platinum-aluminum oxide is achieved by forming aluminum oxide moldings having a pore volume of at least 0.55 cm 3 / g, a proportionate pore volume for pores greater than 50 nm radius of at least 0,10 cm3 / g have been treated according to the invention during the Impraegnierung or during the thermal treatment with chlorine and fluorine compounds, wherein molar ratios between fluorine and Al2O3 from 0.0027 to 0.032 at molar fluorine amounts per liter of catalyst volume from 0.01 to 0, 16 are set. The catalysts prepared according to the invention catalyze the dehydrogenative reforming of petroleum hydrocarbons in high selectivity. |
