titleOfInvention METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION OF DIETETIC FOODS AND BEVERAGE POWDERS AND / OR - GRANULES
abstract The invention relates to a process for the production of food and beverage powders or granules which are useful for dietetic purposes. The aim of the invention is the development of dietetics and beverage powders or granules which can be used with high efficacy in nutritional disorders and inflammatory gastrointestinal diseases, especially in infectious diarrheal diseases such as colitis. The invention is characterized in that fluid-oligomeric organopolysiloxanes, especially methylpolysiloxanes, are processed at 0.02 to 10%, preferably 0.05 to 1.5%, with dietetic base substances, in particular carbohydrates, in a granulation or homogenization process.
