titleOfInvention PROCESS FOR PREPARING SUBSTITUTED N-ALKYL (OR ARYL) - (3-AMINO-THIENO / 2,3-B / PYRIDINE) -2-CARBONATEAMIDE
abstract The invention relates to a process for the preparation of substituted N-alkyl (or aryl) - (3-amino-thieno / 2,3-b / pyridine) -2-carboxylic acid amides with optionally aliphatic bridging in 4,5- or 5,6- Position. It is the object of the invention to prepare these substances which can be used for the synthesis of biologically active compounds in a simple manner in high yield. The task is to find technically feasible synthetic routes. The object is achieved by the reaction of substituted, representable from corresponding carboxylic acids, 3-amino-thieno / 2,3-b / pyridine-2-carboxylic acid aryl esters with preferably electron-withdrawing substituents on the aryl radical and also corresponding -2-carbonsaeurealkylestern or substituted 2- Alkoxycarbonylmethylthio-pyridine-3-carbonitriles with primary or secondary aliphatic or aromatic amines in each case by Erwaermen. In a further embodiment of the invention, the object is achieved by reacting substituted 2-mercapto-pyridine-3-carbonitriles with secondary or tertiary Halogenessigsaeureamiden in the presence of an auxiliary base.
