abstract | The invention relates to a process for the preparation of 2-aminoalkylamino-3-cyano-5- (pyrid-4-yl) -pyridines, wherein as Aminoalkylaminosubstituenten aminoalkylamino, Alkylaminoalkylamino, Acylaminoalkylamino, piperazino, 4-methyl-piperazino, 4-hydroxyalkylpiperazino or acylpiperazino come into question. The aim of the invention is to produce biologically active 2-aminoalkylamino-3-cyano-5- (pyrid-4-yl) -pyridines. This object is achieved in such a way that 3-cyano-2-halo-5- (pyrid-4-yl) -pyridines are reacted with appropriately substituted amines and piperazines in organic solvents or 2-aminoalkylamino-3-cyano-5 - (Pyrid-4-yl) -pyridines be acylated. The compounds are possible cardiotonics, vasodilators, bronchodilators and antiallergic agents. Field of application of the invention is the pharmaceutical industry. |
