titleOfInvention RELEASE AGENTS FOR METAL PARTS WHEN PAINTING STEEL PRODUCTS
abstract The invention relates to a release agent for metal parts, in particular transport and assembly aids in the powder coating (vortex sintering, electrostatic or electro-kinetic coating) of reinforcing steel for silicate concrete. With the invention, a cheap, easily adjustable release agent based on a water-soluble binder is to be developed, the adhesion to the metal is smaller than the liability for Lackueberzug, which represents no health risk for coming into contact with these agents people and meets the fire safety requirements. According to the invention, the object is achieved by a homogeneous mixture consisting of 1.4 to 2.5% by weight of cellulose glycolic acid 44.0 to 52.5% by weight of an inert inorganic powder, such as shale meal, talc, chalk, 46.0 to 53, 5% by weight of water. The release agent according to the invention can generally be used for removing metal objects from a mold. Temperatures up to 200C only affect the separation process positively.
