titleOfInvention | PROCESS FOR PREPARING LYSINE HYDROCHLORIDE SOLUTIONS |
abstract | The invention relates to a process for the preparation of L-lysine hydrochloride solutions from acidic eluates for the production of crystalline lysine monohydrochloride for use in the animal feed industry. The object of the invention is to supply the crystallization process with a qualitatively uniform, decolorized solution of lysine hydrochloride and at the same time to recover a fraction with the accompanying amino acids, with the aim of reducing the salt load in the wastewater and reducing the amount of auxiliary chemicals to be used. The object is achieved in that the eluate fractions obtained in the hydrochloric acid elution of lysine loaded cation exchangers with different Saureestaerke, after the thermal aborting of the excess hydrochloric acid, removed by means of a weakly basic anion exchanger in the base form the excess chloride and an optimal p H value for the crystallization is set at the same time defoliation of the solution. |
