titleOfInvention | PROCESS FOR PREPARING MICROBIAL L-GLUTAMINE ACID OXIDASE |
abstract | The invention relates to a process for the production of an L-glutamic acid-specific L-glutamic acid oxidase, which is potentially useful in clinical diagnostics as well as in the technical-microbiological industry and food industry. In particular, the invention relates to a process for producing a novel extracellular L-glutamic acid oxidase using a microorganism Streptomyces endus, ZIMET 43772, which has not hitherto been used for the production of L-glutamic acid oxidase. The aim of the invention is to obtain a new L-glutamic acid oxidase with a high temperature optimum, the application of which is of particular potential use in process control in the fermentation industry. The object is achieved by aerobic submerged fermentation of the microorganism Streptomyces endus, ZIMET 43772, in media with suitable C, N sources and mineral salts, an extracellular L-glutamic acid oxidase (H2O2 forming), enriched by fractionated Ammoniumsulfatfaellung and with help the cation exchange chromatography is purified. |
