titleOfInvention | METHOD FOR OBTAINING TANNIN PROTEIN ADDUCTS FROM BACTERIAL SUSPENSIONS |
abstract | The invention relates to a method for obtaining tannin-protein adducts from bacterial suspensions. The object of the invention is to obtain tannin-protein adducts from bacterial suspensions such that coagulation is effected to form these adducts. According to the invention, this object is achieved by effecting coagulation with simultaneous formation of tannin-protein adducts by treating a bacterial suspension with tannin at 0 to 100C. The adducts can be separated by known methods, for example flotation or separation. The invention can be used to obtain bacterial biomass with particular properties, which are suitable, for example, as feed for Wiedkaeuer. |
