titleOfInvention METHOD FOR PREVENTING MICRO-ORGANISM DEGRADATION OF WAESS-RATED EMULSIONS
abstract The invention relates to a method for reducing the degradation of aqueous emulsions caused by microorganisms, to which an appropriate preservative is added, such as are used as production aids in the metalworking industry application. The aim of the invention is to improve the performance properties, in particular the corrosion protection of production aids. The invention had the object of providing a method of the type mentioned, in which the production aid a preservative is added, which has sufficient preservative against bacteria, yeasts and fungi and has a detectable microbicidal effect and does not cause damage to the skin. The essence of the invention is that the aqueous emulsion is added to a sufficient amount of microbicidally acting Wofasept or its active ingredients p-chloro-m-cresol and p-chloro-0-benzylphenol.
