titleOfInvention PROCESS FOR PRODUCING STABLE EXTRACTION LIQUIDS
abstract The invention relates to a process for the preparation of stable butadiene-styrene copolymers by emulsion polymerization at low temperatures. Such polymers are suitable for the production of cables, tires and transport belts as well as for use in spray technologies. The aim of the invention is to produce by modifying the polymerization auxiliaries cold rubber latexes which are so stable that they do not coagulate in the polymerization boilers and in the demonomerization, but can easily be coagulated in the subsequent coagulation with the addition of electrolyte. The object is achieved by using as polymerization a comonomer of 16 to 20 wt .-% styrene, 30 to 80 wt .-% butadiene, 30 to 35 wt .-% methacrylic acid and 0.5 to 0.7 wt .-% Vinylcyclohexene is used.
