titleOfInvention | PROCESS OF ANTIGEN MANUFACTURE FOR THE DIAGNOSIS OF BOVINE LEKOSIS |
abstract | The invention relates to a process for producing high-titer BLV suspensions and to obtaining a high-purity mixed antigen for detecting antibodies to the enzootic bovine leucosis virus. The invention is based on the use of a specially adapted Nährmediums for the growth of cells and viruses by means of scooter and Mikrocarrier culture technique, a daily 24-h harvest rhythm and a gentle 2-stage process of ultracentrifugation by sucrose pads and gradients, with high Yields achieved and the losses of viruses and antigens are kept small. The obtained after cleavage and lyophilization BLV mixed antigen is suitable for the detection of antibodies to the bovine leukemia virus, especially in enzyme immunoassay. |
