titleOfInvention METHOD FOR PRODUCING FIRE-PROTECTED CHIPBOARDS AND WOOD-SPAN MOLDED PARTS
abstract In this method, to achieve a greatly improved fire protection while largely retaining the known typical properties of chipboard and the like, the glue resin is adjusted by acidifying fire retardants strongly acidic. The wood chips are then heated with this glue resin. Furthermore, the pre-glued wood chips are mixed with pulverulent fillers before spreading, which can not be separated again in view of the pre-gluing of the wood chips. With these fillers neutralized at the same time largely the glue resin-wood chip mixture again, as it is required for its further processing.
