The invention relates to a process based on the reaction of metallic tin with activated olefin and hydrogen halide process for the preparation of Esterzinnchloriden, which are further processed to stabilizers for chlorine-containing polymers, biocides and catalysts for polyurethane production. Goals and objects of the invention are to develop by suitable additives a process for the preparation of Esterzinnchloriden, which eliminates the disadvantages of the known processes with respect to the hydrogen halide used, the safety technology, the contamination of the final products and the yield or largely eliminated. According to the invention, this is achieved by preparing ester-tin chlorides in the presence of metallic aluminum, which is preferably added to the reaction mixture after the reaction of the metallic tin. |
