titleOfInvention | METHOD FOR THE THERMAL TREATMENT OF ANIMAL RAW FAT |
abstract | Dry smelting processes for animal crude fats are known. They are discontinuous processes. The remaining residues are lost to human consumption. The residual fat remaining in the greaves must be removed by additional work (squeezing). According to the invention, the crude fats are feinstzerkleinert, melted in a jacket-heated pressure vessel and pressed by the resulting by the cramping of the tissue tissue tissue pressure build-up in the container through a filter. The arrangement of several filters and pressure vessels, which are connected by reversible piping, a continuous dry process is possible. |
