titleOfInvention | PROCESS FOR OBTAINING A DIPEPTIDE DERIVATIVE |
abstract | The invention relates to the recovery of a dipeptide derivative. The aim of the invention is to avoid the difficulties normally encountered during separation. Invention task is the separation of the dipeptide derivative from the organic phase, wherein at the same time an aqueous phase is present. According to the invention, this is carried out by adding water and a Broensted acid to the separated organic solvent phase and this mixture is subjected to a further phase separation to obtain a second organic solvent phase with the dipeptide derivative of the formula wherein R 1 is lower alkyl, R 2 side chain group of an amino acid, n1 or 2, X-benzyloxycarbonyl with optionally nuclear substituents, as well as a second aqueous phase with an amino acid esterion of the formula wherein R4R1 and R3R2, whereupon the resulting phases are separated and the final dipeptide derivative is recovered from the second organic solvent phase. formulas |
