titleOfInvention PROCESS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY FOR HUMAN IGM
abstract The invention relates to a process for the preparation of monoclonal antibodies for human IgM. It is the object to provide a method for producing monoclonal antibodies to human IgM, which allows the cost-effective production of larger amounts of this specific antibody. The aim is to ensure consistent quality, the antibody should be stable and storable and suitable for the simple and accurate determination of human IgM. The object is to produce antibodies of high affinity and good specificity. The task is solved by first generating, selecting, cloning and recloning a hybridoma capable of secreting antibodies to human IgM. With the help of this hybridoma, the antibody BL-IgM / 1 is produced in vivo or in vitro. It is specific, stable and storable.
