titleOfInvention METHOD FOR PRODUCING A POLYVALENT VACCINE
abstract The method for producing a polyvalent vaccine with the possibility of adding interferon-stimulating effect factors is applicable in selected areas of applied or technical microbiology and virology, but especially in the production of vaccines. The aim is the production of polyvalent inactive vaccines based on different organisms (bacteria, parasitic protozoa, etc.) - sometimes with the addition of interferon-stimulating viruses or viral components - which allow multivalent administration by oral, aerogenic or intranasal routes and have a large range of effects , The task is solved by splitting or inactivating only the biopolymers responsible for the reproductive capacity during the vaccine preparation, while the biosynthetic factors responsible for the specific stimulation or stimulation of the defense mechanisms are preserved. This is achieved primarily by indirect radiation in combination with a late effect of the water radicals and by specific concentration measures of the germs. Indications: Production of nonparenteral inactive vaccines and special stimulants for human and veterinary medicine.
