abstract The invention relates to a process for the production of adhesives, in particular for the bonding of optical components in photoinitiated one- or two-stage Haerteprozessen. The aim is to enable permanent, low-carbon and low-stress bonds with high precision, in high yield and in a technologically effective bonding process. The adhesive to be produced while maintaining the advantageous epoxy resin properties for optical applications only require very short exposure times for photoinitiated initiation of the Haerteprocess. According to the invention, acrylic acid-3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl ester or methacrylic acid-3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl ester or acrylic acid (methacrylic acid) 3-isobutoxy-2-hydroxypropyl ester alone or in the presence of oxygen heterocycles by means of photoinitiators known per se are used for the preparation of the adhesive polymerized by light.
