titleOfInvention LIGHT-SENSITIVE DIAZO-COPYING COMPOUND WITH IMPROVED RESOLUTION ASSETS
abstract The invention relates to a photosensitive Diazokopiermasse with improved resolving power for lithographic and microlithographic recording purposes. The object of the invention is to improve the Schichtguete and the dissolving power of Diazokopiermassen with phenol-formaldehyde resins and Aryldiazoverbindungen and to create by the use of alkaliunloeslichen polymeric binders a material and cost-effective positive or negative-working Diazokopiermasse. The object of the invention is, with minimal use of the photosensitive diazo component in combination with phenol-formaldehyde resins or alkaliunloeslichen polymeric binders Schichtguete and Aufloesungsvermoegen to improve so that the Diazokopiermasse be used for the above applications. The object is achieved by using mixtures of phenol-formaldehyde resins and long-chain, nonionic, functionalized aliphatic hydrocarbons or polymethyl methacrylate, polymerization initiator and crosslinker with Aryldiazoverbindungen of formula I, dissolved in an organic solvent or solvent mixture, are used. The invention finds application in the manufacture of electronic components and in the printing industry. Formula I
