The invention relates to a process for the preparation of reactive, dissolved sodium aluminosilicate containing Natriumsilikatloesungen from gegluehtem or ungegluehtem obtained in the process of Ferrosiliciumherstellung and from cyclones deposited SiO2 by this SiO2 is digested at 70 to 105C with a sodium hydroxide solution containing sodium aluminate and reactive dissolved sodium aluminosilicate , wherein the obtained Natriumsilikatloesungen are separated using filter aids from the solid residue by filtration or centrifugation. The novel, reactive, dissolved sodium aluminosilicate-containing sodium silicate solutions obtained according to the invention are particularly suitable from silicate components for the synthesis of zeolitic molecular sieves of types 4A and 13X. |
