abstract The invention relates to a molded body made of reaction foam with prefabricated reinforcing insert made of fiber-reinforced reinforcing materials and a metal core. The novel moldings can z. B. be used as a fan or rotor blades. The advantages of the invention are mainly in the high stability, in particular against one-sided loads and in the cost-effective production, which is possible with very little manual effort. This is achieved by a special reinforcing insert embedded in the reaction foam, in which fixation and mechanical anchoring of the reinforcing materials to the metal core take place by means of non-elastically deformable profilings of the metal core. The invention further provides spacers for fixing the position and / or elastic or non-elastic deformation of the metal core in the form of a disk.
