titleOfInvention | BIOSENSOR AND METHOD FOR DETERMINING PHOSPHATES AND FLUORIDES |
abstract | The invention relates to a biosensor and a method for determining the concentrations of glucose-6-phosphate, inorganic phosphate, fluoride and adenosine triphosphate. The aim of the invention is to carry out the determination with short measuring time, high reproducibility and stability and reusability of the biocatalysts. The object of the invention is to provide a biosensor with the associated determination method. The solution according to the invention is characterized in that the biosensor has a potato tuber tissue section fixed on the surface of the electron-conducting part glucose oxidase and on the glucose oxidase layer and optionally has a further enzyme layer on the side of the potato tuber tissue section which faces away from the electrode. The method is characterized in that a defined amount of glucose-6-phosphate is added to the measurement solution for the determination of inorganic phosphate, fluorides and ATP. The invention is u. a. in agriculture, in environmental control, in clinical laboratory diagnostics and in the microbiological industry. |
