titleOfInvention | METHOD FOR REMOVING PRINTING COLOR FROM SEQUENCE FIBER OUTPUT MATERIAL CONTAINING PRINTING COLOR |
abstract | A method for removing printing ink from a secondary fiber base material containing printing ink and a method for producing paper using it. By the invention, the sludge formation is to be avoided and the chemical costs reduced or reduced to a minimum and in a cost-effective manner, a reliable removal of the ink from the Sekundaerfaserquellen be ensured and recycled for the production of cellulose products. According to the invention, this is accomplished by mechanically disintegrating the secondary fiber feedstock to form substantially single fibers and fines, wherein fiberizing is performed on the secondary fiber feedstock which is substantially air-dry or sufficiently dry to stick together prevent the resulting fibers and fines, and that the fines are separated from the fibers, whereby the fibers are suitable as Sekundaerfasern. The process for making paper from these secondary fibers provides for separating the fibers from the fibers, slurrying the fibers, breaking a wet laid fiber mat, and drying them. Fig. 6 |
