PROCESS FOR PREPARING A PERCUTANEOUS PHARMACEUTICAL PREPARATORY |
abstract |
The invention relates to the preparation of a pharmaceutical preparation for external application. The aim of the invention is to provide a new preparation with significantly improved percutaneous absorption. According to the object of the invention to develop a process for the preparation of such a preparation, N-ethoxycarbonyl-3-morpholinosydnonimin (molsidomine) and an absorption promoter from the group of aliphatic monocarboxylic acid having 5-30 C atoms, the aliphatic monoalcohols with 10-22 C is Atoms, the aliphatic monoamides having 8-18 C atoms and the aliphatic monoamines having 10-16 C atoms compounded. There is a high blood concentration of molsidomine over a long period of time when applied to human skin. |
