titleOfInvention METHOD FOR THE ELECTROCHEMICAL MANUFACTURE OF SOLID, ELECTRICALLY NON-CONNECTING COMPOUNDS
abstract Process for the electrochemical production of solid electrically non-conductive compounds applicable in the glass, ceramics and refractory industries. The aim of the invention is a method for producing solid, electrically non-conductive compounds, which is characterized by low energy consumption and continuous operation. The object is to develop an electrochemical process that works without incrustations of cell components, in particular the cathode. According to the invention, the object is achieved by introducing and electrolyzing chloride solutions into an electrolytic cell with a moving bulk material cathode divided by a diaphragm. The deposited solid, electrically non-conductive compounds are discharged from the cell with the catholyte and separated from it.
