titleOfInvention EXPANSION AGENTS FOR DESTROYING NATURAL GESTURE AND BUILDING MATERIALS
abstract The invention relates to a cost-effective expansion agent, which is suitable for the fragmentation of natural stone and for the destruction of building materials, especially in the demolition of masonry and concrete structures. The expansive agent consists of 30 to 92% commercial quicklime, which is subjected to storage at 40 to 70% relative humidity, with a minimum 90% grain size less than 90 æm and a CaO content of at least 85%, less than 5 % dead burnt lime, 5 to 70% cement, 0.2 to 1% burnt gypsum and 0.2 to 4% plasticizer, if appropriate retarder of known compositions. The agent is mixed and mixed with an amount of water to form a pourable slurry capable of generating swelling pressure in cavities, preferably wells in concrete, masonry, rocks and similar materials, in less than three days until the materials are destroyed.
