titleOfInvention | METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION OF DRUGS WITH DELAYED ACTIVE SUBSTANCE |
abstract | The aim of the invention is to produce effective pharmaceuticals using per se known technologies for the preparation of pharmaceutical preparations with delayed release of active substance in or from the colon region, which at the same time create a favorable intestinal milieu for the effect. The invention has for its object to show process conditions for the preparation of these pharmaceutical preparations, in particular with regard to the structure and constituents of the core and cladding layer. According to the invention, the object is achieved by incorporating substances influencing the colon milieu, in the main buffer substances, organic acids, carbohydrates and / or enzymes, into the preproatum core containing active substance and / or into a coating layer. The coating layer, consisting of cross-linked low-ester pectin, fat, modified fat and / or pseudo-fat, ensures the release of the drug in the colon area. As low-esterified pectin, apple or citrus pectin has proven to have a defined degree of esterification. As the envelope-degrading enzymes, pectin and fat-splitting enzymes are used. |
