titleOfInvention ION-LEADING CHALKOGENIC GLASS
abstract The invention relates to ion-conducting glass in which the stream is transported by Na ions. The glasses belong to the hitherto not described glass formation system Na-As-S with the composition in mol%. Sodium 0 to 10, arsenic 27.5 to 42.5, sulfur 55 to 72.5, wherein at a temperature of 373 K, a Leitfaehigkeit of about 2 10 7 V 1 cm 1 is achieved. In addition, in the system Na2S-GeS-GeS2 glass formation has been detected in the following limits: Na2S 0 to 50, GeS 0 to 60, GeS2 40 to 60 mol%. With 2 10 5 V 1 cm 1 at 373 K, a higher conductivity is achieved than in the glass formation system Na2S-GeS2 with comparable Na ion concentration.
