titleOfInvention STABILIZER SYSTEM FOR MOLDS BASED ON VC POLYMERS
abstract The invention relates to a stabilizer system for the preparation of physiologically acceptable molding compositions based on VC polymers, or polymer blends containing predominantly VC polymers, consisting of known organic metal compounds of the 2nd main and subgroup of the Periodic Table of the Elements, in combination with saturated aliphatic monocarboxylic acids of C 12 to C 22, known co-stabilizers, which is present in dispersed form and is used for soft processing, which in addition to the known primers and co-stabilizers present in conventional mass ratios and optionally further additives, 40 to 90% by mass, related to the overall system. Plasticizer and 1 to 5 wt .-% of a mixture of water and triethanolamine in the ratio 1: 5 to 5: 1, added contained. The stabilizer system according to the invention is in the form of a flowable, pumpable and meterable homogeneous dispersion.
