abstract | The invention relates to a method for the microbial production of catalyzed bacterial cells from which the catalyze can be obtained for use in the food, beverage and milk industries, in the field of medicine and in anesthesia. CHARACTERISTICS OF THE INVENTION ARE USED FOR THE MANUFACTURE OF CATALYSTIC BIOMASS BACILLES, WHICH HAVE NOT BEEN ESTABLISHED FOR THE PREPARATION OF BACTERIAL CATALASE. THE BENEFICIAL PREPARATION OF CATALASE WITH THE INVENTIONS SPECIES BACILLUS FIRMUS, BACILLUS POLYMYXA, BACILLUS AMYLOLIQUEFACIENS AND BACILLUS MACERANS IS MARKED AGAINST HEALTH AND MOLTEN MUSHROOMS BY AN IMPROVED SPACE TIME OUTPUT. FURTHER, O.G. Bacterial cells have a significantly higher specific catabolic activity than cattle. THE MANUFACTURING OF CATALYST BIOMASS IS PERFORMED IN THE SUBMERSHIP PROCESS. THE BACTERIAL PRODUCTION STEAMS ARE PARTICULARLY CHARACTERIZED BY THE ABSENCE OF REPRESENTING THEIR CATALYSIS BY GLUCOSE OR OTHER UTILIZABLE MONOSACCARIDES, AND THEREFORE TO MAKE A WIDE NUTRITIONAL SUPPLY OF C AND N SOURCES AVAILABLE. |
