titleOfInvention PROCESS FOR THE PREPARATION OF ALKYLENEDIAMINES
abstract The invention relates to a novel process for the preparation of alkylenediamines of the general formula (I), their racemates, all stereoisomers and physiologically acceptable acid addition salts. In the general formula (I), R 1 and R 2 independently of one another represent a lower alkyl group or a halogen atom, R 3 and R 4 independently of one another represent hydrogen or a lower alkyl group or, together with the adjacent nitrogen atom, an optionally still further heteroatom, for example a nitrogen -, sulfur or oxygen-containing heterocycle having 5 or 6 members, wherein the meaning of n is 0 or 1. The compounds are prepared according to the invention by reacting compounds of general formula (VI b) with amines of general formula HNR5R6.
