titleOfInvention METHOD FOR THE TRANSPARENT INFERENCE OF EPOXY CAST RESIN MEASURES
abstract The invention relates to a process for Transparenteinfaerbung of epoxy resin. The object of the invention is to find colorants for Transparenteinfaerbung of epoxy resins that are temperature resistant, lightfast and resistant to migration and behave completely inert in epoxy resin Haerter systems. According to the invention, the object is achieved by adding metal-containing phthalocyanine dissolved in an aromatic or cycloaliphatic di- or polyacarboxylic acid anhydride or in an aliphatic di- or polyamine to the espoxide casting resin compositions based on carboxylic anhydride- or polyamine-hardenable epoxide compounds having at least two oxirane rings in the molecule. The impregnated casting resins serve as encapsulants for optoelectronic components.
