titleOfInvention | METHOD FOR THE CHEMICAL MODIFICATION OF ORGANIC COMPOUNDS BY BIOCATALYZERS |
abstract | The invention relates to a process for the chemical modification of organic compounds by biocatalysts. Its aim is to develop a process in which the required cofactors are used in catalytic amounts and are made available again by continuous reformation from the oxidized cofactors. The inventive method is that organic compounds by monooxygenated active Unloesliche Traeger consisting of immobilized hemoglobin or complexes of metalloporphyrins with monooxygenase and immobilized on the same polymer dehydrogenases, in the presence of molecular oxygen and the substrates of the dehydrogenases at p H values of 6 -8 and temperatures of 0-50 C, preferably 15-30 C in aqueous solutions or mixtures of aqueous solutions with organic solvents are modified. Field of application is chemistry, pharmacy, medicine and biotechnology. |
