The aim of the invention is to develop a process for the preparation of these compounds, which starts from easily accessible compounds and does not require complex technologies and umgestendliche Reaktionsfuehrungen. The process for the preparation of the (diorganoaminomethyl) chlorosilanes and their derivatives of general formula X deep 3-n R deep n Si-CH deep 2-NR deep 2, where X = CI, OR and R and R = alkyl, aryl or cycloalkyl and n = 0,1,2, is characterized by the reaction of silicochloroform or organochlorosilanes with bis (diorganoamino) methane in an inert solvent, preferably ether, and subsequent alcoholysis or reaction with organometallic compounds. |
