The invention relates to a process for the preparation of cyclic 9'-thiapeptidergotalkaloids derived from fermentatively producible 9'-methylene-peptidergotalkaloiden. The process according to the invention is distinguished by the fact that L-thiazolidine-4-carboxylic acid or a salt of this acid is added to a liquid culture of a corresponding 9'-methylene compound and, if desired, the resulting compound is converted into a acid addition salt. The compounds prepared according to the invention have dopamine receptor-stimulating, prolactin-secretion-inhibiting, vesotonizing, antidepressant and vigilancer-increasing properties. |
