titleOfInvention METHOD FOR PRODUCING A STORAGE STABLE, MAGNESIUM-SUBSTRATED UREA LUBRICANT
abstract The invention relates to a process for the preparation of a magnesium-containing urea fertilizer with magnesium oxide as the magnesium component. The aim and object of the invention is to develop a simple and safe process for the preparation of a urea-magnesium fertilizer, wherein a non-storable during storage, free-flowing urea-magnesium fertilizer is to be obtained with arbitrarily adjustable magnesium levels. It has been found that when using magnesium salts which react with magnesium oxide under formation of cements, especially magnesium chloride, the presence of 0.1 to 1.0 mass% P deep 2 O deep 5, preferably 0.2 to 0.5 mass% P deep 2 O deep 5 in the form of secondary and / or tertiary magnesium orthophosphates in the skin layer sufficient to permanently harboring of the product during storage to avoid.
