abstract The invention relates to a method for obtaining Streptomyces plasmids from Streptomyces luteolutescens IMET 341 (strain ZIMET 43685) with the aim of providing biochemical tools for genetic engineering and molecular biology research and thus downstream for the microbiological industry dissolved the method that lysiert after cultivation of the strain IMET 341 of the mycelium and the DNA of the plasmids pMG110 and pMG 120 is isolated. The plasmids pMG110 and pMG 120 are characterized by a comparatively low molecular weight, by a favorable combination of restrictase cleavage sites, and by the possession of each inverted duplication.
