titleOfInvention | HERBICIDAL COMPOSITION |
abstract | Herbicide-active thiocarbamates are used in combination with certain amines of the formula in which R is high 4 and R is high 5 u. R high 5 independent of each other f. Hydrogen, a cyano group, an optional m. Zyano o. Hydroxy substituted C deep 1 ... C deep 10-Alkyl, a C deep 2 ... C deep 6-alkenyl group, a C deep 5 ... C deep 7-Cycloalkyl as well as a Phenyl-u. Benzyl-Gr. stand, where d. both latter optionally m. Halogen, cyano o. Methoxy can be substituted, and R is high 6 under hydrogen and C deep 2 ... C deep 6-alkenyl is selected o. Landwirtschaftl. usable salts of such amines used. In a typical application, the amine or amine salt is included in an amount sufficient to reduce the rate of thiocarbamate degradation in the soil. As a result, d. herbicidal activity of the thiocarbamate increased and prolonged, whereby a single administration of the herbicide remains effective over a longer period of time. |
