abstract | ISOLATED CORROSION-PROOF ELECTRIC GUARDED LEAD PART OF GALVANIZED STEEL AND METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION THEREOF. The invention relates to an insulated corrosion-protected electrical conductor part made of plasticised galvanized steel wire rope and the method for the production thereof. THE OBJECT AND OBJECT IS TO REPLACE PLASTISOLATED PROTECTORS WITH COPPER GUIDES THROUGH SUCH PLASTISOLATED ZINCED STEEL ROPES. BY USING THIS, THE LENGTHS OF BLANK ZINCED STEEL ROPES IN AREAS WITH AGGRESSIVE ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS WILL BE EXTENDED. THIS TASK IS ESTABLISHED THAT GALVANIZED STEEL ROPE IS PROVIDED WITH A PLASTHUELLE OF A DEFINED ELECTRICAL CONDUCTIVITY. THESE ISOLATED STEEL ROPES WILL BE SLICED TO LENGTH, CONNECTED TO THE CONNECTING PARTS AND WATERPROOFED AT THE PLASTER STATIONS BETWEEN THE PLASTISOLATION AND THE CONNECTING PART BY EXCELLENT WITH OR DIVING IN PLASMA ADHESIVES. PREFERRED AREAS OF APPLICATION ARE THE IRON PROTECTION TECHNOLOGY IN THE FIELD OF DC CURRENT TRACKS FOR THE PROTECTION OF METALLIC OBJECTS BEFORE STREUSTROM CORROSION OR BRAZING. FOR MAINTAINING THE GALANIC SEPARATION OF SIMILAR AND DRIVE TRACKS AND ELECTROTECHNICAL PLANTS WITH AGGRESSIVE ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS. |
