titleOfInvention METHOD AND ELECTRODE FOR CONCENTRATION DETERMINATION OF METABOLIC PRODUCTS IN STUDY FLUIDS
abstract The invention relates to a method for determining the concentration of metabolic products in different mass solutions with an electronic device and an amperometric enzyme electrode. Eas has the goal, without changing the enzyme sensor or measuring arrangement successively to determine the series of different physiological fluids in exchange simply and economically and technically favorable. The invention solves the problem by means of polarization switching of the electrode via the electronic device, without using an additional electrode, differential measurement or special selective membrane by depending on the type of fluids to be measured, the most suitable measurement signal on the Elektrodenpolarisation is selected and the maximum increase in the current-time Curve itself or a stationary current value serves as a measurement signal. The amperometric enzyme electrode is constructed in a manner known per se and is located in a thermostatted, stirred measuring cell or flow chamber.
