abstract The invention relates to a reactor for the continuous synthesis of epoxy resins, which are formed in the reaction of phenols, epichlorohydrin and optionally additives. The reactor consists of a circular stator (1) and a circular rotor with drive shaft (2), the mutually facing surfaces and thereon arranged interdigitating tooth elements (3) which are formed in the form of Zahnkraenzen (4), wherein the stator ( 1) is the part of the stationary Gehaeuses equipped with toothed elements and surrounds the rotor and the stator has introduction elements for the starting products, a discharge element for the reaction mixture and optionally a cooling device.
