abstract | A METHOD FOR PROCESSING TANTAL SCRAP IS DESCRIBED AS USED. IN THE ELECTROTECHNICAL AND ELECTRONIC INDUSTRY. THE OBJECTIVE OF THE INVENTION IS TO GAIN THE TANTALUM METAL CONTENT OF THE SCRAP-SPECIALLY OF THE TA-CAPACITOR SCRAP-BY TREATING IT WITH A SALT SOLUTION. THEREFORE BELONGING TO TANTALO-ALL METALS AND THEIR ALLOYS AS WELL AS MANGANO DIOXIDE. THEREFORE TANTAL IS SOLVED IN THE METALLIC CONDITION OF ALL OTHER COMPONENTS OF A CONDENSER. IT WILL NOT BE EXTRAORDINARY OXYDE, OTHER THAN CHEMICALLY IMPLEMENTED. AFTER A CLEANING AND WASHING TANTALY WILL BE RECEIVED WITH A HIGH PURITY. THE METHOD ALLOWS THAT METALS SOLVING IN SOLUTION BE REPLACED BY KNOWN METHODS TO REGENERATE THE SALT SOLUTION, TO CONSIDERALLY REDUCE THE OXIDITY, SUCH AS THE ANODICALLY OXYDED SINTERED BUTTER, AND TO MELT THE TANTALIUM WITH KNOWN METHOD. |
